Aurion Payroll is date-driven to eliminate errors, reduce overpayments and non-payments and improve productivity. It facilitates completely automated end to end processing, via autopay or from an approved Timekeeper form. Implementing Award Interpreter with Payroll ensures accurate and consistent interpretation of award conditions, every time, without user intervention.

Payroll Costing ensures accurate and timely labour costing so the business can effectively manage expenditure against budget, monitor project and activity costs and set charge rates. Managers know that cost data is accurate and reliable and can use it to make decisions.

Default cost profiles save time by eliminating errors in calculating and allocating costs. Time and payroll expenditure is tracked across multiple cost categories using default allocations or from employees’ timesheets. Oncosts and leave liability are calculated, to provide the full cost of labour.

Award Interpreter reduces the time spent calculating employee payments and dealing with errors. It uses elapsed hours or raw start and finish times to calculate the rate(s) for payment, the number of hours to pay, any other loadings, penalties or allowances that are applicable and then updates payroll. Configurable rulesets make Award Interpreter fully adaptable to your business needs. Rulesets are easy to update when entitlements change.

Integrating Award Interpreter with the Timekeeper and Leave modules enables you to fully automate time and attendance processing.

Aurion Timekeeper enables accurate and cost-effective time recording for activity costings, and online data entry of timesheet information via Self Service. Accurate time recording also ensures employees receive correct payment for the hours they work and the correct entitlement where they work flexible hours. Timekeeper supports flexible work patterns with unlimited cycles and roster templates, allowing you to schedule employees well in advance.

Client Billing reduces the time between providing a service to a client and receiving payment from them. Invoices for billable hours are generated directly from the approved timesheet and emailed to customers. Customers choose from a single consolidated invoice or separate invoices, by service provider, work site or project. Billing rates can vary by customer, project and service.

Client Billing provides a complete solution for collecting billable hours and charging information, when used with Timekeeper and Award Interpreter. Integration means that time is billed at the correct rate, eliminating billing errors and the associated delays in payment.

Aurion Salary and Benefits enables you to offer flexible salary packages to your employees. You can design benefits plans and model different mixes of benefits and salary, so employees can select the best option for them. Aurion calculates tax liability and monitors expenses against provisions within an employee’s package.

Aurion Leave saves time and reduces cost by automating leave administration for all employees irrespective of their entitlement, work pattern and changes to the hours they work. Aurion supports any number of leave types and calculates leave accrual and leave liability.

Integration with Payroll means a person’s pay is updated for prepayment and leave at less than full pay. Accurate costing is assured as Aurion allocates provision for leave accrued during the pay to the employee’s cost centres.
