David Marshall, Executive General Manager
David Marshall is Aurion's Executive General Manager. Prior to taking up this role in April 2011, David was Chief Financial Officer of Ross Human Directions Limited for more than two years. David’s CFO experience also includes Clarius Group Limited and Mincom Limited, an Australian owned, global ERP software and services provider to companies in asset-intensive industries, where David spent 5 years as CFO.
Frank Gilmartin, General Manager Commercial Operations
Frank has 20 years' experience as a business management professional, with a background in Financial Management, Operations and Sales. This experience has been gained through roles in Manufacturing, Distribution and Service organisations, based in Ireland, England, New Zealand and Australia. Upon completing an Economics Degree at University College Dublin, Frank joined a Chartered Accounting firm in Dublin and worked in the area of advisory services allied to Information Technology. During his career he has worked with Apple Computer, Coca Cola & Tommy Hilfiger Clothing, MacGregor Golf and Carter Holt Harvey.
Richard Ward, National Sales Manager
Richard has over 20 years of experience in Sales and Marketing leadership roles in the medical devices and pharmaceuticals sector in Australia and Europe. Having led large teams through significant periods of growth, Richard understands the challenges facing leaders of organisational change programs. He has also been involved in enterprise software implementation projects in various large organisations, highlighting the importance of ensuring the delivery of business solutions through the use of technology.
Brian Coleman, Chief Architect
Brian is a founding shareholder of Aurion Corporation P/L and was a member of the team that first developed Aurion software in 1986. He was a director of Aurion from 1991 to February 2000 and has an Honours Degree in Economics and a Graduate Diploma in Computing
Alicia McAlister, Payroll Services Manager
Alicia has held a number of senior appointments, and brings with her over 10 years experience, in the delivery of outsourced and managed services. She has successfully led large service delivery teams of 200 + and has proven abilities in relationship management, client services and process excellence.
