Service Delivery Manager - Canberra
AURION provide an integrated payroll and human resource solution that was developed in Australia and supported by the people who wrote and are developing the product.
Working within the Aurion Division here in Lyneham, the State Service Delivery Manager is accountable for the delivery of contracted payroll services to multiple customers within a State region. You will ensure all services meet or exceed contracted service level agreements as well as ensuring customer and employee satisfaction targets are achieved through the day to day management of the team.
Reporting to the National Payroll Services Manager you will be responsible for overseeing your small but focused team. You will Act as an interface and escalation point between Aurion and the customer to ensure optimal levels of service is provided at all times and continually seek process improvement opportunities and cost reduction.
You will ensure monthly, quarterly and all other contractual reporting obligations are met and exceeded, including data accuracy and integrity.
