Associate Technical Analyst - Brisbane

We are a leading global HR and Payroll Software provider is currently undergoing unprecedented growth and currently have a vacancy for a Associate Technical Analyst.  If you want to work as part of a team of passionate professionals then this is the role for you.

As the Associate Technical Analyst you will  provide specialised support to existing clients in order to resolve technical faults and to maintain customer satisfaction.  You will be responsible for the following;

• Providing specialised technical support on the Aurion products from a remote location either by telephone or email.
• Negotiating timeframes for solution implementation with clients and updating clients on progress during problem resolution.
• Identifying more complex technical issues for escalation to more senior Technical Support Centre staff and effectively using the pre-established escalation process.
• Escalating process or project improvements to relevant parties within the organisation in order to enhance the current use of products or reduce incoming call volume.
• Logging and accessing technical solutions within a database and thoroughly documenting the status of all client liaisons and communications.

To be successful you will have extensive experience using the Aurion products as well as demonstrated experience in similar role.
