Blue Care Case Study
In 2001, Blue Care had a variety of payroll, rostering and HR systems throughout the regions. A strategic goal for the health care provider was to find a Human Resource Management Information System (HRMIS) that was flexible enough for the whole organisation to use.
Aurion’s strong partnering and integration ability enabled Blue Care to choose a ‘best of breed’ rostering system. With three legacy systems to replace, detailed project and risk management plans were developed as part of the contract phase, so when the project commenced it ran smoothly over the two and a half year implementation phase.
