When combined with Web Recruitment and Self Service, Recruitment functionality is extended to allow your employees to view, apply for and withdraw applications for vacancies via Self Service, and to allow new applicants to use the internet to apply for positions within your organisation.

You can define Internal Transfer Pools and External Career Opportunity Pools to capture potential applicants for future vacancies. Actual job vacancies can be made available to internal employees via Self Service and/or made available to external candidates via the internet.

Aurion builds the vacancy web pages to display vacancies in Self Service and on the internet and allows you to define applicant screening questionnaires for vacancies.
