Aurion Specialised Professional Services

Purpose

These services are aimed at assisting organisations undergoing or about to introduce significant change in their human resource management practices. Normally, this type of service is required as part of an organisational restructure or perhaps a decision to implement additional Aurion modules.

The services we can provide range from preparing a customised project plan covering the major and minor tasks involved in your project to providing suggestions on strategy and documenting new business processes.

Our implementation consultants have considerable experience working with organisations undergoing change and can offer an independent view of alternatives available in relation to business process review and change.

Examples of the types of organisational change situations where you may find a consultant’s services useful include implementing additional Aurion modules (eg. Workforce Budgeting), implementing a new financial management system, or reviewing existing employment conditions with the intention of introducing change.

Who Will Benefit From These Services?

The customer, based on the areas impacted by the proposed change, normally determines participants in this process.

What Will Be Achieved?

The goal is to provide constructive and independent advice to organisations undertaking or about to begin an organisational change process. Depending on the requirements of your organisation, the services provided could include some or all of the following:

• Planning the organisational change, including preparation of an appropriate project plan based on customer requirements

• Documenting existing and proposed business processes

• Providing suggestions to improve business processes with a focus on how Aurion can contribute to desired improvements

• Maximising usage of Aurion functionality

• Providing customised documentation when required

Duration

The level and variety of services to be provided will determine the duration of any assistance provided. We recommend contacting the Customer Service Centre to further discuss your organisation’s requirements.
