Aurion Configuration Services
Purpose
Aurion currently offers configuration services for all Aurion modules. These services are aimed at organisations requiring an Aurion consultant to implement configuration changes as a result of other types of change within the organisation. Configuration services involve full or partial configuration of an Aurion module by one of our consultants. Where required, a consultant will carry out the necessary configuration changes and provide a written report detailing the changes made. Configuration services are particularly relevant in situations where:
- An organisation changes the way it does business, often turning towards more flexible employment conditions, but does not have sufficient Aurion configuration experience to implement the required configuration changes
- Staff movements and turnover require changes to the existing configuration
Implementation consultants experienced in private and public sector operations are available to provide configuration services aimed at tailoring Aurion to reflect the changes taking place within your organisation, for example, a completely new set of employment conditions.
Who Should Be Involved?
The Aurion consultant requires access to those staff with knowledge of your organisation's requirements and how they are to be implemented. Staff involved in this process are normally experienced in using Aurion and understand and administer employment conditions for your organisation. What Will Be Achieved?
Either via a consultant attending on-site or remotely, an Aurion configuration setup will be established for input and testing by your staff and, if necessary, the Aurion consultant. You may also receive a fully-detailed configuration document.
Duration
Because changes to an organisation's conditions can range from simple to complex and encompass many Aurion modules, it is best to first consult a member of the Customer Service Centre to discuss your needs and the solutions available to meet these needs. You may choose to have a consultant either visit your site or remotely review proposed configuration changes.
What Preparation Is Required?
Our consultant will require details of the proposed changes to employment conditions or procedures that have an Aurion configuration impact. If the consultant is to visit your site, you will need to provide access to your Aurion Test database and to those staff responsible for administering the new conditions.
