The HR Statistics provides management with a snapshot of the health of the business through online access via Self Service to key HR metrics and workforce profile information. This includes absenteeism, turnover, commencements, FTE and headcount, gender, age profile and length of service.

To identify where action is needed, you can drill down to compare business units. Filters enable more detailed analysis and you choose the timeframe for displaying results.
